c. Telephone calls that you make to our customer services help line may be monitored and/or recorded. This will help us to train our staff and improve our service to you. A recording will only be used under proper and careful supervision. Our customer service help line is available everyday for 24 hours
Article 6. Insurance products
In providing our insurance service, we have made some assumptions about you based on the responses that are most commonly given by our users. We have used this information to pre-populate the answers to certain questions for you on the Sites. If any of this pre-populated information is incorrect it is your responsibility to change the answers and provide the correct information.
Article 7. Complaints
a. We aim to provide you with an excellent tour at all times. If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, please contact our Customer Services Team.
b. We will aim to send you a formal acknowledgement of your complaint within 48 hours and to resolve it as soon as possible. After we have had an opportunity to investigate your concerns, we will issue you with a final response.
c. If you are unhappy with any tour you have obtained from us, you should address your complaint directly to our company. If you require their contact details, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist.
